Drawing review first
Before production, the drawing is reviewed for datums, critical dimensions and anything that is technically unachievable as drawn. Questions are asked before chips are cut.
Quality
When a component passes through several production steps, inspecting only the finished part is too late. Quality has to be defined at each interface — which dimension is produced where, and who verifies it.
That is exactly the work a technical integrator does.

Before production, the drawing is reviewed for datums, critical dimensions and anything that is technically unachievable as drawn. Questions are asked before chips are cut.
Checks are defined at the points where responsibility passes between production steps, so a deviation is caught where it was created.
Each order carries a record of the route taken and the checks performed.
Any necessary deviation is raised with the customer and agreed in writing before it reaches a delivery.
Certification details, standards and inspection scope are confirmed per customer and per project — please ask for the current documentation for your requirement.

Send us the drawing, the quantity and the target application. We review the requirement technically and come back with the production route we would propose.
