Production & supplier network
The right production for the part — not the nearest machine.
A component made in the wrong place is expensive twice: once in price and once in the problems it creates later. Our network exists so that each part can be produced where its geometry, material and quantity actually fit.
The customer never manages that network. They manage one relationship with us.
Qualification before series
New routes are proven on first articles and reviewed against the drawing before a series is released.
Coordination and scheduling
Sequencing between the production steps, transport between them and the resulting overall lead time are planned as one schedule.
Single responsibility
If a step in the route fails, it is our problem to solve. The customer receives a corrected part, not an explanation about a sub-supplier.
