How we work

A predictable process, from first drawing to series.

Industrial buyers do not want surprises. The sequence below is how a cooperation normally develops, and what we need from you at each point.

  1. 01

    Enquiry

You send a drawing, specification or sample with the quantity and target application.

A functional description is enough to start if a drawing is not yet released.

  2. 02

    Technical review

We assess feasibility, material, tolerances and the sensible production route.

Open technical questions are raised here rather than after the order.

  3. 03

    Proposal

You receive the proposed route, the commercial terms and the realistic lead time.

Where an alternative route would be better for the part, we explain the difference.

  4. 04

    First articles

Initial parts are produced and inspected against the released documentation.

Findings are documented and any adjustment agreed before series release.

  5. 05

    Series production

The route is released for series with the agreed inspection regime.

Call-off and delivery scheduling are aligned with your planning.

  6. 06

    Delivery & continuity

Coordinated delivery to your site, with one contact for the entire supply.

Long-term series are reviewed periodically for stability and improvement.
