Cast and formed raw parts produced to your drawing and material specification.
The raw part determines much of what follows. We assess the geometry, the material specification and the intended function, then coordinate a casting or forming route that gives the machining stage a sensible starting point.
Material, wall thickness, machining allowance and tooling are agreed with the customer before series production starts.
